Established in 1997, Ultimo Catering & Events is one of Perth’s premier and most trusted catering businesses, known for flawless execution, innovative menus, and events that leave a lasting impression.
In late 2019, Ultimo was referred to 90 Degrees Digital, to review its Google Ads account.
When Ultimo approached 90 Degrees Digital their Google Ads account was paused. Money was being spent on their new ‘on-demand’ catering services, with few conversions, and they had similarly low results for their corporate event campaigns.
From July 1 to December 31 2019, the account had 5 conversions at a Cost Per Conversion of $506.
90 Degrees Digitals’ undertook an audit of Ultimo’s Google Ads account and this led to a full restructure of the account to create stronger thematic focus on Catering, Events, Corporate and Weddings.
We also proposed and implemented new keywords, new negative keywords, new ad creatives and a new bidding strategy, plus we refined their geotargeting strategy.
90 Degrees Digital took over Google Ads management and from January 1 to June 30 2020, Ultimo’s Google Ads delivered 47 conversions at Cost Per Conversion of $25.
90 Degrees Digital has continued to provide monthly Google Ads management services to Ultimo, and has continually refined the account’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
For July 1 to December 31 2025, Ultimo had 637 conversions (an avg of 106 conversions per month), at an average Cost Per Conversion of $8.58, average Cost Per Click of $0.78, and an average Click Through Rate of 17.40%.
